英國(guó)raptor公司的產(chǎn)品有高性能EMCCD、CCD相機(jī)，水冷制冷到-90°，分別采用E2V的351和42-40的芯片，目前EMCCD采用351芯片暗電流水平已經(jīng)達(dá)到世界水平，應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域自適應(yīng)光學(xué)、天文觀測(cè)、單光子探測(cè)等；CCD相機(jī)采用e2v42-40芯片，多種響應(yīng)曲線(xiàn)可供選擇，是科研等應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域獲得好的口碑。
